Michael Vannwas born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, before moving to Dallas about eight years ago. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in psychology, with minors in marketing and business administration that he earned from the University of Texas.

He explained, "I worked a number of years at USAA and developed a knack for building outprograms that focused around employee engagement, event planning, and other things that connect people with their customers and employers."

Eventually, it came to the point where other organizations and third-party vendors were asking Michael if he could help them as well. It was at this time he began to realize that instead of helping one organization as a full- time employee, he could help countless of them through a consulting agency. Thus, United Front Consulting, LLC was born.
